Hi, I’m Sarah and people call me The Power Coach. I help women step back into their personal power. So many times I hear people say, “Step INTO your power.”
What I have learned with the work that I do is that it’s not about stepping INTO your Power –
It’s about stepping BACK into your Power.
I stepped out of my Power at the age of 4 and, as I continued through life, although I worked hard, reached success, and did everything right, I found it difficult to build strong relationships. I struggled to connect with people.
I kept asking the question “What’s wrong with me? There’s got to be something wrong with me.”
What shows up in the work that I do is that so many women are going through life wondering what’s wrong with them ? When we ask ‘what’s wrong with me ?’ we assume we are the problem.
We’re asking the wrong question! Rather than asking ‘what’s wrong with me?’ we should be asking ‘what happened to me?’
Many years ago I started studying how to heal myself. I started to go back through my own timeline looking for the moment I stepped out of my power. I figured it out and I used all of my training to step back into my power. I stepped back into my light and took all of that power with me to where I am today. I help women take back their power. I help you find the moment you stepped out of your power. There is nothing wrong with you. You are trying to live your life without the power that belongs to you. I will help you find it.
