EFT is short for Emotional Freedom Technique. It is also known as “tapping”, “meridian tapping” or acupuncture without needles because it involves tapping gently with your fingers on certain meridian points on the head, face and upper body. It is non-invasive, easy to master and can be taught to children, too. It has no adverse side effects and can be done anywhere.

It is extremely popular across the globe because of how simple yet effective it is for all kinds of trauma, pain, anxiety and phobias, to name but a few. No need to spend hours reliving and analysing painful past events, future circumstances or suppressing pain – just get tapping.

Once you’ve learned the basics you can take it anywhere with you.

Although it is primarily a self-help tool, for deep seated or persistent topics it is advisable to engage a practitioner to help guide you through hidden or traumatic issues or challenges as they surface in a safe and loving space.

Many of our mentors are also EFT practitioners so reach out to them if you need help.
