Jo Brimmell

I have worked for many years as a primary school teacher and general practice nurse. In a mission to reclaim my own health, I realised the importance of natural and holistic healthcare. I have since completed training in nutritional therapy, functional medicine, sensory herbalism and am currently studying to become a medical herbalist.

In my holistic approach, I have learnt the importance of tackling both the physical and spiritual elements of health. I use the Energy Alignment Method, Reiki and the Akashic Records to delve deeper into the emotional aspects that can affect our health and release the things that are holding us back in life. Through a combination of nutritional therapy and energy work, I have helped people to manage and overcome a variety of autoimmune and chronic conditions as well as stress and anxiety.
